The following Terms of Service govern the use of HYROSCALE services.

Scope

These terms apply to all business relationships between HYROSCALE and the customer. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized.

Services

HYROSCALE provides an AI-powered sales automation platform. The exact scope of services is defined in the respective service description.

Liability

HYROSCALE is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, HYROSCALE is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.

Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of HYROSCALE.
